If you received your purchase in damaged condition during delivery/ shipment or wrong item, you can send it back to us.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If found any damaged on the item(s), you must inform us as soon as possible once you received the parcel with clear photo being snapped and email it to us.
- Damaged item(s) must be returned together with their original packaging and receipt.
- Items bought from promotional events are not eligible for return and exchange.
Kindly inform us via email before returning the item(s) otherwise the request will not be processed. To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with the subject “Return Item”, attach picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition, reasons and your order details for record purposes.
Your purchased item(s) will be replaced with the same product(s) (as long as there are in stock) otherwise you may choose other types/ colours (at the same price).
You may have to bear the postage fees for shipping the damaged item(s) back to us during the return process. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for our reference and please allow 14 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
Delivery will take 5-7 working days to States within Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 working days for delivery to Sabah & Sarawak (during off peak seasons). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance processes or other circumstances. No refund/ returns will be entertained for this reason.
All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process.
All orders (in Malaysia) will be shipped using Poslaju. You must ensure you will be available to receive the delivery on the delivery date at the delivery address provided to us. If you are not available during time of delivery, you will need to pick up the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office (as stated on the calling card). No refund or exchange is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed. You will have to pay the additional shipping charges to have it posted out again.
